Prohibited Items & Contamination Policy

Franklin Laundry Service does not accept the following:

• Non-washable items

• Items labeled “dry clean only”

• Items that have been exposed to bed bugs

• Items contaminated with or exposed to biohazardous materials, including but not limited to:

  • Feces

  • Urine

  • Blood

  • Mold or mildew

  • Lice or other insects

• Any other items not suitable for standard laundering

If any of the above items—particularly those exposed to bed bugs or biohazards—are submitted for processing:

• Franklin Laundry Service reserves the right to charge for any products, services, or compensation needed to address contamination of our workspace, vehicle, or staff.

• Contaminated items identified before processing will be returned unwashed, and a $30 Trip Fee will be charged.
